Effective January 1, 2026
  1. Wire Transfer Fees
    Outgoing Wire Transfers – $30.00 per wire. Effective January 1, 2026, Bank Irvine will begin charging a $30.00 fee for each outgoing domestic and international wire transfer. This fee applies to both personal and business accounts. Incoming Wires – There is currently no fee for incoming wire transfers. Bank Irvine will continue to waive this fee until further notice.
  2. ATM Fees (Third-Party ATMs)
    Bank Irvine does not charge ATM fees. However, third-party ATM owners may impose their own fees for usage. Effective January 1, 2026, Bank Irvine will no longer reimburse any third-party ATM fees.
  3. Check Orders
    When opening an account at Bank Irvine, customers may request up to 8 free checks. Effective January 1, 2025, additional checks or checkbook orders will be billed for third- party printing and shipping costs. Customers are not required to order checks through Bank Irvine. You may also purchase checkbooks from independent retailers (e.g., Walmart, Costco, or online services).
  4. Dormant Account Charge
    An account is considered dormant when there have been no customer-initiated activity- such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or other transactions-for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. If your account becomes dormant, a $5.00 monthly dormant account fee will be assessed beginning on the 13th month of inactivity. This fee will continue to be charged monthly until (1) account activity resumes or (2) the account balance reaches zero. To avoid dormant status, we encourage you to regularly review and access your account. Performing any customer-initiated transaction can prevent your account from becoming dormant and may help you avoid associated fees.

Additional Information: At this time, Bank Irvine does not charge monthly account maintenance fees. Fees are subject to change. Customers will be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to any new fees taking effect.
