• Ms. Chen has over 30 years of experience in risk management consulting, business development, and compliance management. She is Senior Vice President of Aon Corporation.

• Mr. McKenzie is an expert in regulatory compliance and risk management. He has over 30 years in banking regulatory experience of Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) includes Portfolio Manager and Examiner-in-Charge. He was commissioned as a National Bank Examiner and accredited as Federal Thrift Regulator. He holds commissions in Information Technology and Asset Management as well.

• Mr. Lin has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. He was President and CEO of California International Bank, President and Chief Executive Officer at American Plus Bank, Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Operations at E. Sun Bank, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Alliance Bank. Mr. Lin had been also served as Director of The National Association of Chinese American Bankers (NACAB) and as a Member of the Advisory Committee of the FDIC’s Minority Deposit Institution Program.

• Ms. Zhang is a CPA with more than 25 years of experience in both big-4 public accounting and private industry. Currently, Ms. Zhang is a finance executive at an asset management company. Previously, she was an experienced director at PwC, and a controller at a community bank based in Washington State.
